Care and Handling of Polymer Clay Jewelry

• Gold plated jewelry components require little more care. The gold plating protects the brass/ stainless steel beneath it from tarnishing, but over time, the gold itself will begin to fade and rub off.

• Keep away from salt, water, sweat, high humidity, chemicals such as perfumes and cleaners.

• Store polymer clay jewelry separately (from metal jewelry or sharp objects) to avoid scratches, especially for pieces with intricate details that could break.

• Well cured polymer clay jewelry has slight flexibility, but please do not try to bend your earrings as this could cause damage or break them.

• Raw brass components may lose their brightness and get dull overtime if exposed to water and oils from the skin, but can be cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth or tarnish remover.

• Use soft clean makeup brush to wipe any dust from the intricate details such as flowers. Use a soft damp cloth or Q-tip to clean the plain surface of the polymer clay jewelry.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please notice that the processing time does not include shipping time. Once the order has been sent the shipping time depends on the courier services.

Shipping to Canada:

Fully tracked and insured: $12

Untracked Standard Oversized Letter Mail: $4

If you choose Untracked Standard Shipping, once your order has been handed over to post office Flawsome Petals is no longer responsible for undelivered or lost mail. You can upgrade to express shipping with tracking and insurance for $12, select this option at checkout.

International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flawsome Petals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you decide to refuse delivery, your order amount will be refunded once the package is returned to me, but the shipping cost will not be included. As a small business owner, I unfortunately have zero control over the cost of postage or VAT fees and am not responsible for the cost at any point of sale/refund.

Shipping to United States:

We are thrilled to ship our handmade jewelry from Canada to the USA!

​Zero Customs Fees: All our products (Polymer Clay and Resin Jewelry) are CUSMA-certified. This means that even with the 2026 tariff changes, our products are 100% exempt. You will not receive any surprise duty bills or tariff charges. We offer flat rate shipping to the United Sates for CAD 11$.

Tracking: Fully tracked door-to-door.

Timeline: Most U.S. orders arrive within [3-9 days] business days.

We also ship to Australia, New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our jewelry and for essential hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

​Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

​Inaccurate Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Flawsome Petals is not responsible for and will not issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. * Unsafe Delivery Locations: We strongly recommend shipping to a secure residential or business location. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from unsafe or public delivery points (e.g., community centers, office mailrooms, apartment lobbies, or unsecured porches).

​Cancellations

​As a small artisan studio, we begin processing and preparing your orders quickly. Cancellations or order changes are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

​Damaged or Incorrect Items

​Your satisfaction is our priority. If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at flawsomepetals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or store credit, please include:

​Clear photos of the item and the original packaging.

​Craftsmanship Warranty

​We stand by the quality of our work. If your jewelry experiences a break due to a structural defect within 30 days of normal wear, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

​Wear & Tear: Be aware that metals such as brass and gold-plated components may tarnish naturally over time.

​Handling: No refunds or replacements will be made for products damaged due to poor handling (e.g., intentional bending, twisting, or improper storage).

​Sizing: Please verify sizes before ordering; no refunds will be made for ordering the incorrect size.
